Mr. Eggleston began his practice in 1969 when he moved to Colorado following graduation with honors from the Northwestern University School of Law. His practice has emphasized corporate and business matters, real estate transactions, cooperatives, commercial transactions, and estate and trust planning and administration. However, now, as of counsel to the firm, he is focusing his practice on the representation of charities, religious, and philanthropic organizations and their planned giving efforts.
