WATER LAW:
John McClure represents clients with public and private water interests throughout the state, including the San Luis Valley. He has substantial experience in change of water right actions, water quantity and quality issues, plans of augmentation, groundwater management, and relating to an interstate compact. The clients include farmers, ditch companies, well owners, reservoir owners, a conservancy district, and agricultural processing facilities.

COOPERATIVE LAW:
John McClure represents cooperatives throughout Colorado, including agricultural cooperatives, with business transactions and for regulatory compliance. Two legal compliance assistants provide client services in monitoring and assisting with Federal and State agencies for regulations and directives, including OSHA, DOT, and EPA.

COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS:
The firm assists clients in commercial and business transactions, including contract negotiations and real estate transactions.
