Mr. McClure began his practice in 1971 after graduating in 1967 from Miami University in Ohio and in 1970 from the Ohio State University School of Law. From 1971 to 1973, he began his practice as an attorney with the Colorado Public Defender’s office in the San Luis Valley and commenced private practice in 1973, first in Alamosa and in 1982 began practicing in Denver. His practice has an emphasis with water, cooperatives, and regulatory law.
